Information we collect
Information you give us
When you book a demo or fill out our contact form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, clinic name, clinic type, and any message or scheduling details you share. You choose what to enter, and we use it to schedule, prepare for, and follow up about your demo.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. This is standard server and security logging and is not used to build a profile of you.
Cookies and tracking
This Site does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site trackers. Our demo booking widget is provided by Calendly, a third party that may set its own cookies that are necessary for scheduling to work. Aside from these strictly necessary functions, we do not use non-essential tracking, so the Site does not display a cookie consent banner. If we add analytics or other non-essential technologies in the future, we will update this policy and provide a consent mechanism where required.
How we use your information

Service providers
We use a small number of third parties to run the Site:
- Netlify hosts the Site and processes contact-form submissions on our behalf, delivering them to us by email, and may keep standard server logs.
- Calendly powers the demo booking widget. When you schedule a call, Calendly collects the details you provide, such as your name, email, and chosen time, to set up the meeting, and may set cookies within its widget.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on the Site. When fonts load, your browser connects to Google's servers, which may receive your IP address.
These providers process information only to provide their services to us.
How long we keep it
We keep demo-request information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business records, and then delete or archive it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and similar state laws, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, email ops@stocora.com. We will respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This Site is intended for clinic and business professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
